Personal Protection

Ms J from Moor Park contacted us.  Her ex-husband was making threats on the telephone and the police advised her to contact BT who could not help.  We were contacted and with the use of technical equipment recorded the threats from the telephone.  The evidence was given to the police, he was prosecuted and an injunction was sought.

Employee Theft

Mrs D from Watford suspected a member of staff of stealing from the company safe.  A covert camera was deployed and a member of staff was captured on video stealing from the safe.  Mrs D declined to prosecute as all monies were returned.

Covert surveillance

Company X from Heathrow. An employee was suspected of not following health and safety procedures which may have placed others in danger.  Covert surveillance was deployed and the employee’s misconduct was videoed. Subsequently he was interviewed by the company and sacked negating the need for a lengthy tribunal.

A woman from Ashford suspected her husband of infidelity and approached us for help.  Surveillance was maintained on him and video evidence of his infidelity was obtained which assisted in a quick divorce settlement.

Anxious parents from Harrow were concerned about their daughter’s life style when she left home.  They wanted us to trace her without her knowing in order to satisfy their concerns.  Our investigators traced her in Brighton and videoed her daily routines and provided them to her parents.

Surveillance

Mrs S from Berkhampstead suspected her husband of having an affair because of his excessive spending and contacted us.  Surveillance was maintained and revealed the husband’s gambling habits.  This was reported to her who then approached her husband and encouraged him to seek professional help with his addiction.

Forensics

A woman in Richmond found herself pregnant and attempted to use the situation to obtain monies from the intended father who was a wealthy businessman.  When the child was born a DNA sample was obtained and proved that he was not the father.  The situation was then resolved amicably, saving the victim financial and personal trauma.

Insurance and Investigations

An employer contacted us as they suspected one of their workers of fraud.  He was off sick due to an accident at work and was attempting to sue them for negligence but was believed to be working elsewhere.  We used covert surveillance and the employee was followed to the Costa del Sol where he had purchased, and was renovating, a seafront bar.  Video evidence was obtained and the employee withdrew his claim against the company and was dismissed.

Insurance and Investigations

One of our corporate clients was suspicious of an Injury Claim lodged by an employee.  Our Investigators analysed the claim documents and obtained photographic evidence which was produced in court to counter a claim from the "Injured party" resulting in the claim being withdrawn.

Bugging and Debugging

Miss W from Hammersmith was concerned about the behaviour of her landlord and contacted our office. An initial sweep of her flat proved negative.  However, we installed our surveillance equipment and six weeks later we detected a secret video camera that had been put in her bedroom by the landlord via the loft.   He was successfully prosecuted.
